The Peaceful Mind

If you fail to prepare then prepare yourself for failure.

Karate learning, practice and training leads to similar preparation in other areas relating to self protection.

When prepared then a peaceful mind is achieved in which confidence in your abilities and not ego defines your ability to deal with a difficult situation.

No false sense of security but a sense of quiet confidence.

This has been the case throughout human history.
